Villiger introduces Los Amigos in Germany. The brand new Los Amigos is a new brand by The Villiger Group. Manufacturing is done in the Dominican Republic. The cigars will initially only be available on the German market.

The hand-rolled longfiller cigars are blended to be very mild yet full of flavor. The blenders tried to create an extremely balanced blend of filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic. They added a binder from Indonesia. The wrapper comes from the United States. The cigars are only available in a single 6½x48 Churchill size. The cigars come in tubes with a fixed retail price of € 3.50 per cigar.

Villiger Sons Limited was established in 1888 by Jean Villiger in the small town of Pfeffikon, Switzerland, where Villiger remains headquartered to this day. The company manufactures and sells more than 1.5 billion cigars annually, world-wide. Today the Villiger group is under the leadership of the third generation, Heinrich Villiger The company prides itself on its commitment to quality, in all its products made in many countries around the globe.

The Villiger Group employs around 1500 people worldwide. Swiss production is in Pfeffikon in the canton of Lucerne. The German manufacturing companies are located in Waldshut-Tiengen and in Bünde in the province of Westphalia. In addition, tobacco is processed in the Indonesian free trade zone Ngoro and in the Brazilian Bahia.
