The new Maduro and Sun Grown are sure to compliment the line and capture the hearts of cigar enthusiasts worldwide.
“Our Perdomo Reserve line has been on the market for over 20 years. We wanted to come out with something really special to honor the history of the brand. And offer a cigar that every cigar smoker would truly fall in love with,” states Nick Perdomo, Jr., President, and CEO. “We blended these cigars with 6-year aged Cuban-seed wrapper, binder, and filler. Tobaccos that we carefully hand-selected from our most prestigious farms. Farms located in the Estelí, Condega, and the famed Jalapa Valley in Nicaragua. We wanted these cigars to not only be rich in flavor but also to be very smooth on the pallet with slight hints of sweetness. Our tasting panel with over 250 years of cigar making and premium tobacco experience was amazed at how great this blend tastes.”
Maduro and Sun Grown
The Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro is a Nicaraguan Puro. The wrapper is an aged wrapper, 6 years old. It’s dark, oily, and is allowed to age in a bourbon barrel for 14 months. For the filler and binder, Perdomo selected aged tobacco as well.
The Sun Grown version of the Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed line is also a Nicaraguan Puro. For this blend, the aged wrapper gets a good extra 10 months in bourbon barrels.
The cigars are available as a 4¾x56 Figurado, 5×54 Robusto, 6×54 Epicure, 7×54 Torpedo, 7×54 Churchill, and a 6×60 Super Toro. A box contains 25 cigars. The new products are expected to show up at tobacconists worldwide starting next month.
