Grand Prix Azerbaijan
The Baku City Circuit is a street circuit. The track is 6 kilometers long, and with that, it’s the second largest circuit of the Formula One calendar. The first Grand Prix was called European Grand Prix, and it was held in 2016.
From 2017 the Grand Prix is called Azerbaijan Grand Prix. From that year, it’s an official part of the Formula One. The race was won by Daniel Ricciardo. In 2018, Lewis Hamilton was the fastest driver in the race. Maybe the winner of the 2019 edition will end up smoking a Cain Daytona 7×70 as a celebratory cigar? Who knows, it would be fitting though.
