Cigar Conexion brings more Rocky Patel to India. The exclusive distributor for Rocky Patel Premium Cigars in India will release three new lines soon. During the PCA Convention & Trade Show, Rocky Patel made a short video for his Indian distributor and the Indian Rocky Patel smokers.
The new cigars
The first new cigar that Cigar Conexion is bringing in is the Rocky Patel Sixty. The name of the cigar refers to Patel’s sixtieth birthday earlier this year. The cigar uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Nicaragua. There are three sizes, a Robusto, Toro, and Gordo. Which of the sizes will come to India is a question we cannot answer. The cigars come from TAVICUSA, Rocky Patel’s factory in Nicaragua.
The second new line for India is the new Rocky Patel White Label. A controversial name, but Patel owns the trademark for it. Companies famous for using white labels might get their panties in a twist, but they never protected their trademark. The cigar has an American Connecticut Shade wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder. The filler consists of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobacco plus tobacco from an undisclosed country. Just as the Sixty, it is made at Tabacalera TAVICUSA
The last cigar also a new cigar. It is the Rocky Patel Disciple. That’s a medium-bodied cigar made with Nicaraguan tobacco and a Mexican San Andres wrapper. There isn’t much more information available on these cigars, except that Rocky Patel fans in India can try them soon
