Aladino Vintage Selection is expanding. JRE Tobacco Company, the company of industry legend Julio Eiroa and his son Justo is expanding the Aladino Vintage Selection. The Aladino Vintage Selection is a line of which the cigars are rolled 4 to 5 years ago. All this time the cigars have been aging at the factory aging rooms.
The inaugural release of the Aladino Vintage Selection was a Rothschild. That cigar was rolled in 2015 and 2016 but came on the market last year. JRE Tobacco Company did not reveal when the new sizes were rolled.
The new sizes are the Aladino Vintage Selection Elegante and the Aladino Vintage Selection Toro. The Elegante is a 7×38 Lancero where the Toro measures 6×50. The cigars are Honduran Puros with a Habano wrapper.
The cigars are first available to retailers that have taken the trip to Honduras. A trip to visit the Las Lomas Factory of father and son Eiroa. Retailers who have shown that commitment to JRE Tobacco will get the cigars this month. Other retailers will have to wait until the PCA trade show this coming July.
JRE Tobacco also did not reveal any information about the box sizes. The inaugural Rothschild release came in big boxes of 50 cigars. If that is the same for the Aladino Vintage Selection Elegante and Toro is unclear at the moment of writing this article.
